  69. UPCOPY is a directory synchronizer. It copies new and more
  70. recent files in one or both directions, and can erase files too.
  71.  
  72. You can try command UPCOPY on its own immediately - there is context
  73. sensitive help. Read UPCOPY.DOC for more information.
  74.  
  75. It's not essential to run batch file INSTALL. It will simply copy
  76. the UPCOPY files to a utilities directory you nominate. Also you
  77. can decide to keep UPCOPY in its own directory. If you do you
  78. should add the directory to the PATH statement in your AUTOEXEC.BAT.
  79. Either way you will be able to use UPCOPY wherever you like. You
  80. can run UPCOPY from a floppy disk without installation. INSTALL
  81. does NOT modify AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, WIN.INI, SYSTEM.INI or
  82. anything else. UPCOPY does not time out, modify itself at install-
  83. ation, keep a usage counter, get rude, or otherwise misbehave in any
  84. way whatsoever.

  120. Installation copies UPC*.* and DC.BAT to a utilities directory or
  121. DOS system directory you specify. This should be a directory listed
  122. in the PATH variable, or one you create and add to PATH.
  123. A typical install command would be:

  127. Later if you want to uninstall UPCOPY, just erase the files from your
  128. hard disk. Your files CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT are not modified.
